Websites for UK tradespeople

Websites for tradespeople. Live in 7 days.

Built to get your phone ringing and found on Google and AI search.

Builders, roofers, electricians, plumbers, kitchen fitters, landscapers and similar trades. I write the words, build the site and look after it every month. You own your domain, site and content from day one.

The 7 days start at the kick-off call, and copywriting is included. Not sure what you need? Ask for a free website check.

Who it’s for

Builders, roofers, electricians, plumbers, kitchen fitters, landscapers and similar trades across the UK.

Websites for builders, roofers, electricians, plumbers, kitchen fitters and landscapers. I specialise in websites for tradespeople, and I build for other industries too.

What you get

A site that gets the phone ringing.

Plain and simple. Everything is built for customers who are on their phone, looking for someone to turn up and do the job.

  • Click-to-call

One tap and the customer is ringing you. The number sits at the top of every page, on every phone.

  • WhatsApp chat button

Customers can message you and send photos of the job from the site. No forms to fill in if they don't want to.

  • Enquiry forms

A simple form asks for the job type, postcode and how urgent it is, so every enquiry arrives ready to quote.

  • Reviews

Your Google reviews shown on the site, and a simple way to ask happy customers for more.

  • Looked after every month

Hosting, security, backups, updates and small edits are covered, so the site stays fast and safe while you get on with the work.

  • Found on Google and AI search

Built to be found, with the groundwork Google and tools like ChatGPT look for. Rankings can't be guaranteed, but you start in the right place.

How it works

From first call to live site in seven days.

A simple, proven rhythm. No endless back-and-forth, no months of waiting.

  1. Day 1

    Kick-off call

You tell me about your jobs and areas.

  2. Days 2–5

    Build

I write it, design it and build it.

  3. Day 6

    Review

You see it, I refine it.

  4. Day 7 · Live

    Launch

    Your site goes live.

The 7 days run from the kick-off call. Copywriting is included, but I still need your photos and logins. If they reach me late, the launch date moves back by the same number of days. Read the full process

FAQs

How long does it take to get my website?

Seven days. Day 1 is the kick-off call, Days 2 to 5 are the build, Day 6 is your review and Day 7 is launch. I write all the copy for you, but I still need your photos and logins. The seven days run from the kick-off call, and if your photos or logins arrive late, the launch date moves back by the same number of days. Here is how a build works, day by day.

How much does a website cost?

A new site starts at £695 (Foundation), £1,295 (Pro) or £1,995 (Premium). If you already have a site, it's £395, £795 or £1,295. Monthly plans start at £49/mo. You can see every price in the quote builder before you speak to anyone. My guide to what a website should cost in 2026 explains what drives the price.

Do I need a website if I'm on Checkatrade?

Directories like Checkatrade, MyBuilder and Rated People can bring in work, but you're renting your place on them. The listing, the reviews page and the customer all sit on someone else's platform, with your competitors listed right next to you. Your own site is the one place you control. It's where customers land when they search your name, click your Google listing or follow a recommendation. Plenty of tradespeople use both. Here's the longer answer.
